Notice is hereby given that the Executive is to be asked to make a key decision on 25 January 2022 in respect of the following:

TITLE: Temporary Accommodation Housing Compliance, Void and Reactive Maintenance Contract

SERVICE AREA: People

PURPOSE OF DECISION:

To seek approval of the procurement plan for the procurement of a reactive maintenance contractor to provide a 24-hour service for the temporary accommodation housing, compliance, void and reactive maintenance contract.

ISSUE REFERENCE: I104456

The Executive will be considering a report prepared by or on behalf of the Executive Director: People.  A copy of the report and any other documents will be available for inspection on the Council’s web site or at Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD (when the offices are open).
